Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, particularly in the Retail and Corporate Banking and Customer domains.
  • Design user stories, workflows, and functional specifications, ensuring that they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the implementation of features is in line with functional specifications.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee task management for your team, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Continuously improve processes and ensure that business needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field;
  • Min. 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role;
  • Established expertise in Banking, especially within Retail and Corporate Banking and Customer services will be considered a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Experience or strong interest in working within an Agile environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and confidence working in a client-facing role;
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in both functional and technical areas.
