Job Description:
DATA ANALYTICS AND RESEARCH SUPPORT
- Collect, manage, and analyse healthcare and operational datasets to support digital health research, innovation initiatives, and institutional decision-making.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, and reports to generate actionable insights from healthcare and research datasets.
- Support the interpretation and communication of analytical findings to researchers, clinicians, and institutional stakeholders.
- Assist in developing data analytics methodologies and analytical frameworks for digital health research projects.
APPLICATION AND PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT
- Support the design, development, and deployment of digital health applications, data platforms, and analytical tools required for research and innovation initiatives.
- Assist in building data dashboards, analytics platforms, and digital solutions that support healthcare operations, research projects, and pilot programmes.
- Support the integration of healthcare data sources and systems required for analytics and digital health innovation.
- Participate in the testing, validation, and deployment of digital tools, platforms, or applications developed under the Centre’s initiatives.
- Provide technical support for digital platforms, research tools, or analytical systems used in digital health projects.
RESEARCH AND DIGITAL HEALTH INITIATIVES
- Support research projects undertaken by the Centre for Digital Health, including study design, data collection, and analytical processes.
- Assist in preparing research reports, technical documentation, and publications related to digital health and healthcare innovation.
- Contribute to pilot projects involving healthcare data analytics, artificial intelligence applications, or digital health solutions.
- Collaborate with academic staff, researchers, clinicians, and industry partners in developing data-driven healthcare innovations.
- Support the preparation of research grant proposals, project documentation, and technical reports where required.
DATA MANAGEMENT AND VISUALISATION
- Maintain and manage structured datasets related to digital health research and innovation initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, data visualisation tools, and analytical reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Prepare analytical summaries and reports to support project monitoring, performance tracking, and evaluation.
- Ensure proper documentation of datasets, analytical processes, and project outputs.
- Promote good practices in data governance, data quality management, and secure data handling.
DIGITAL HEALTH GOVERNANCE AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

- Ensure compliance with institutional requirements relating to research governance, data management, and technology deployment.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION
- Work collaboratively with CDH staff, academic personnel, researchers, clinicians, and project teams to support analytics and research initiatives.
- Provide technical and analytical support to multidisciplinary teams involved in digital health innovation projects.
- Assist in communicating analytical insights and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support collaborations with healthcare institutions, academic partners, and technology providers involved in digital health initiatives.

Job Requirement:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Digital Health, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Knowledge and Experiences:
- A minimum of THREE (3) to FIVE (5) years of relevant experience in data analytics, research, digital health, software development, or related technical fields.
- Experience in analysing healthcare data, research datasets, or operational healthcare information is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital health technologies, data analytics platforms, and software development tools is an advantage.
- Experience supporting research projects, technology development initiatives, or innovation programmes.
- A good understanding of healthcare data governance, research ethics requirements, and data protection standards is desirable.
- However, candidates with less experience may be considered at the discretion of the Director, provided they demonstrate strong analytical and technical potential.

Technical skills required
- Data Analytics: Ability to analyse large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Data Visualisation: Experience in using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Statistical and Analytical Skills: Ability to apply statistical techniques and analytical methods in research and analytics.
- Application and Platform Development: Familiarity with application development, data platforms, or software tools used in analytics and digital health projects.
- Digital Health and Technology Literacy: Understanding of healthcare data systems, digital health platforms, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence.
- Digital and Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare analytical reports and presentation materials using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and relevant analytics tools.
