Location: Reservation Wide QualificationsSUMMARY:

The Health Systems Administrator is responsible for the planning, administration, optimization, and support of the Colville Tribes Health Care Authority's health information systems. The position serves as the primary administrator for the Electronic Health Record (EHR), clinical applications, interfaces, reporting tools, and related healthcare technology. The incumbent collaborates with clinical, administrative, and technical staff to improve patient care, strengthen data integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality improvement initiatives while honoring the mission and values of Tribal healthcare.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology Application or Database Specialist, or related field; and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in computer software and applications; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience in a Tribal, Indian Health Service, or rural healthcare environment. Experience with NextGen, RPMS/EHR, Dentrix, SQL reporting, HL7 interfaces, Active Directory, and Microsoft technologies. Valid Washington State Driver’s License is required and must be insurable.

Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing.

TRIBAL MEMBER AND INDIAN PREFERENCE WILL APPLY; PREFERENCE WILL ALSO BE GIVEN TO HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS WHO ARE MINIMALLY QUALIFIED.

If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
