Senior Golang Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to develop reliable services, improve system performance, and contribute to the overall technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.

• Build scalable REST or gRPC APIs and microservices.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Develop event-driven systems using messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Improve application performance, reliability, and security.

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience in Golang.

• Good understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go best practices.

• Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of SQL, databases, caching, and message queues.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong problem-solving and system-design skills.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and automated testing.
