We are rolling out a Real estate software platform, and need a driven, detail-oriented tech enthusiast to ensure a smooth transition.  You will not be coding or building software from scratch; instead, you will be the master of our new platform. You will be responsible for gathering and populating it with accurate data and virtually connecting all different aspect of Real Estate management to a centralized digital hub. If you want hands-on experience in software implementation and real estate operations on a global scale, this is the perfect role for you.

  • Populate the Platform: Collect, clean, and migrate massive amounts of property data from legacy spreadsheets into our new software system
  • Map the Portfolio: Use the software's built-in tools to digitally structure our portfolio, ensuring every building, unit, and lease is perfectly linked and organized.
  • Configure & Optimize: Help set up the system's workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to match how our managers work.
  • Data Detective Work:Track down missing property details, standardize naming conventions, and guarantee that the data feeding the software is 100% accurate.
  • Management Reporting: create dashboard and present regular updates to leadership, translating raw data into clear, actionable updates
  • User Testing & Support: Learn the new software inside and out, test its features before the official rollout, and help create "how-to" guides for the rest of the team.
