Job Overview:

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. In this role, the engineer will work closely with functional teams, architecture groups, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business goals. The position requires expertise in building cloud-native applications with React on the frontend and Golang-based microservices on the backend, backed by SQL-based data systems.

 

Basic Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics, or a related field

·       6 to 9 years of relevant software industry experience in full stack development

·       Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying cloud-based applications

 

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full stack applications

·       Build responsive and performant UI using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

·       Develop backend services and APIs using Golang (Gin/Fiber/Echo frameworks or similar)

·       Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures

·       Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) for data modeling and query optimization

·       Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

·       Analyze complex problems, define solutions, and estimate development efforts

·       Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews

·       Take ownership of deliverables and mentor junior developers

·       Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments

·       Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability

·       Participate in architectural decisions and technology evaluations

·       Ensure security best practices including authentication and authorization mechanisms.

 

Technical Expertise:

·       5+ years of experience developing web-based applications using React.js

·       Strong expertise in Golang for backend/microservices development

·       Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

·       Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and event-driven services

·       Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS)

·       Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

·       Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines

·       Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 / JWT-based authentication mechanisms

·       Knowledge of integrating frontend with backend services efficiently

·       Proficiency in Git or similar version control systems

Desired Skills:

·       Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)

·       Exposure to message queues / streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

·       Understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices patterns

·       Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog

·       Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills
