As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the successful delivery of complex business and IT projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
- Managing project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to achieve key milestones and business outcomes.
- Producing project reporting and governance updates, ensuring adherence to Wolseley's project delivery framework and best practice.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

- Experience working within a complex IT environment, and/or with project management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets and project risks simultaneously.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for delivering successful outcomes through high-performing teams.
