Your opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive discovery, requirements, and process improvement across Global Business Platforms. In this role, you will partner closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. You will help consolidate systems through structured discovery work and well-built business cases, and support our ERP program with deep discovery into areas of significant complexity. You will work across global IT, business teams, and external partners to translate complex business needs into clear, well-governed requirements.

You will be located at our Espoo Headquarters in Finland.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading end-to-end discovery projects, uncovering root causes and identifying gaps in internal processes.

• Translating ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, process maps, and business cases.

• Owning analysis and design for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring scalable, standardized solutions.

• Driving system consolidation efforts through rigorous discovery work and well-structured business cases.

• Defining and tracking benefits realization, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value.

• Supporting the ERP program through deep discovery into areas of significant business complexity.

• Presenting findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior stakeholders, building consensus around proposed solutions.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Deep expertise in business analysis, with a track record of leading discovery in a multi-national environment.

• 8+ years in business analysis, consulting, or similar roles, including senior or lead-level responsibility.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans.

• Very strong business communication and change management capabilities, including the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• A continuous improvement mindset with a predisposition for simplification and standardization.

• Project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward in a structured and pragmatic manner.
