  • Assist with financial planning and analysis for assigned product and channel lines, supporting the finance team's partnership with Revenue and Product Management and developing a financial perspective on business performance.
  • Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for assigned product and channel lines, helping to ensure alignment with planning calendar timelines and that departmental plans are in line with financial targets.
  • Assist in the delivery of financial decision support for assigned product and channel lines, including analysis of volume, price/mix, promotions and programs, in-market performance, and other key business metrics and trends.
  • Support New Product Development financial modeling and analysis for assigned product line projects, assisting in the preparation of analysis used to inform investment decisions and portfolio prioritization.
  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results, analyses, and forecasts for assigned product lines; support compliance with policies and controls, and assist in ensuring monthly estimates and accruals are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in building and maintaining standardized periodic reporting for assigned product lines, applying consistent business and financial metrics and terminology to support performance management.
  • Support the contribution of financial insights for assigned product lines into strategic planning processes and cross-functional business performance reviews.
  • Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities within assigned product lines, supporting the development of analytically grounded findings for Revenue and Product Management stakeholders.
  • Participate in team efforts to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the finance team.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications Education/Certifications: •    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience: •    1+ years of experience in a financial analysis role within a business unit

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •    Knowledge of ERP, data warehouse queries, and planning tools; strong knowledge of accounting concepts

Preferred Qualifications  Education/Certifications: •    CMA/CPA

Experience: •    Experience working directly with Sales & Marketing &/or Business Unit Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •    Experience with SAP, BI and BPC  

The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
