Overview
The Senior Business Analyst (Onsite) acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, responsible for driving requirement clarity, scope alignment, and decision-making in a large-scale data platform / BI migration project.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with client stakeholders (Business, IT, Risk, Compliance).
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and drive sign-off.
- Lead requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD/SRS).
- Analyze SAS scripts, OBIEE reports, and data flows.
- Define KPIs, business rules, and reporting requirements.
- Perform scope control and CR impact analysis.
- Support SIT/UAT and ensure reconciliation and validation.
Mandatory Responsibilities
- 7+ years experience in Data / BI / Banking projects.
- Experience with SAS / OBIEE / BI tools.
- Strong understanding of ETL and data warehouse.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in regulated environments.
Preferred Skills
- AWS experience (S3, Athena, Redshift, QuickSight).
- Migration project exposure.
- SQL proficiency.
- Regulatory reporting knowledge.
