As the Senior Graphic Designer will create engaging and creative graphics to visually represent high-quality brands. You will be responsible for all aspects of graphic design, from planning to managing print and digital projects. The senior graphic designer works alongside the design manager and other departments to ensure that all content is on-brand, and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
What You Will Do:
- Take ownership of complex design projects, independently managing execution from concept to final delivery while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and print partners, ensuring smooth execution of design projects, negotiating terms, and overseeing quality control
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing mentorship and technical support to elevate team performance and skill development
- Develop and refine creative concepts, ensuring consistency in visual storytelling across marketing, advertising, and product design initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and develop marketing assets, promotional materials, packaging, and in-store displays
- Ensure seamless project management, maintaining design timelines and prioritizing multiple projects with minimal oversight
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations, integrating new methodologies to enhance efficiency and creative output
- Oversee quality control for design execution, ensuring high standards in file preparation, resolution accuracy, and production specifications
- Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Microsoft Office Suite, and G-Suite
- Continuously refine and optimize design processes, improving efficiency and ensuring consistency in brand representation
- Create, refine, and manage design templates and assets for consistent, scalable use across campaigns
What We Are Looking For:
• 6+ years of in-house or corporate graphic design experience, preferably in consumer products
• Strong portfolio with related work samples in graphic design, typography, and layouts
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AI Design) and standard proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite
• Deep understanding of consumer production printing processes (including color and material limitations) and multiple manufacturing processes
• Proven experience working with licensed brands and developing productive relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to easily adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Art, Illustration, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience creating comprehensive style guides
• Experience working in a global company

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.
Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave. Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
