Accountabilities: The professional will be responsible for developing, sustaining, and evolving internal products, ensuring technical quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement through strong engineering practices.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve internal products with a strong focus on backend solutions, ensuring stability, performance, and technical excellence.
- Investigate and resolve bugs, incidents, and production issues through analytical and pragmatic approaches.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations between internal and external systems.
- Work with databases, including data organization, preparation, and processing activities when required.
- Act as a Full Stack Developer with deeper expertise in backend development using Node.js and frontend contributions with React.
- Support frontend initiatives, especially backend integrations and application maintenance needs.
- Contribute to architecture decisions by proposing scalable, sustainable, and business-aligned solutions.
- Develop, test, document, deploy, and monitor solutions following software engineering best practices.
- Participate actively in code reviews and pair programming sessions to improve quality and share knowledge.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through agile ceremonies, product discussions, and technical improvement initiatives.
- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies according to product evolution and technology ecosystem needs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience, backend expertise, and a solid understanding of software architecture, quality practices, and scalable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience as a Full Stack Developer with stronger expertise in backend development.
- Practical experience with Node.js for backend development and React for frontend development.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and building frontend-backend integrations.
- Solid experience supporting production systems, analyzing failures, and resolving technical issues.
- Experience working with databases, including data preparation and processing activities.
- Knowledge of software development best practices such as SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, and KISS principles.
- Experience with code quality practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Understanding of software architecture, system components, and scalable solutions.
- Ability to work with high-volume data environments while considering performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills, collaboration mindset, and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Investigative profile with adaptability, empathy, continuous learning mindset, and focus on improvement.
- Autonomy, organization, and critical thinking to solve complex technical challenges.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including Glide Record API, ACLs, GlideAjax, and ITSM modules.
- Experience working with HR-related products or systems.
- Experience with Data Preparation workflows in analytical or operational contexts.
- Experience with Low Code platforms, preferably AppSheet.
