If you are a Internal Project Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you in Lugagnano Val d’Arda (PC). In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end order management process within a manufacturing environment, supporting project execution from quotation through shipment. You will collaborate across multiple functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer requirements, and achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support the quotation process by reviewing customer requirements, technical specifications, lead times, documentation needs, and production capabilities.
  • Manage the complete project execution process from order entry through final shipment, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with planning, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet project milestones and delivery commitments.
  • Lead internal project kickoff meetings and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout project execution.
  • Review and coordinate customer documentation, comments, technical clarifications, and change requests while assessing schedule and cost impacts.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain timelines and operational performance.
  • Support customer meetings, inspections, and site visits, serving as a key point of contact for production-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and Emerson procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates and actionable insights to stakeholders, helping drive informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project performance.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, operations, or project-driven environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical information, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience managing projects within a manufacturing or engineered-to-order environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MRP, project management, or production planning systems.
  • Experience coordinating customer-facing activities, inspections, or technical review meetings.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, production planning, quality processes, and order management workflows.
  • Additional language skills that support global collaboration.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 30000 & 47000 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. This role is covered by the Industria Metalmeccanica Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which defines the applicable compensation structure and progression (CCNL Metalmeccanici — Assolombarda).
