What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual regulatory returns to the CBUAE.
- Manage regulatory reporting requirements for RAKBANK subsidiaries, including Protégo and RAK FS.
- Ensure all regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within regulatory deadlines.
- Review financial reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis provided by various finance stakeholders.
- Support management with financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, regulators, and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Drive reporting efficiency through automation, data extraction, validation, and process improvement using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Support governance and control activities, including monthly e-Governance submissions and reporting controls.
What We're Looking For
- UAE National (with Family Book).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, or Financial Analysis.
- Understanding of banking regulations, accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of CBUAE regulations, Basel III, IFRS, DFSA, and Insurance Authority requirements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools is preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CFA (or progression towards certification) are an advantage.
