In CABA (Argentina) within the fintech industry, we are actively seeking a Middle iOS Engineer to join our team in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance native mobile applications throughout their entire software development lifecycle.
This position operates under a hybrid model in CABA/AMBA.
This is you
- 3-4 years of solid professional experience in software engineering and native mobile development.
- Deep proficiency in native iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
- Hands-on experience across the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, build, test, release, and support).
- Strong capability in unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proactive mindset toward technical innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Alignment with practice goals to support team OKRs and knowledge sharing.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in building rapid prototypes during technical scoping phases.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for crafting clean, intuitive mobile interfaces.
- Familiarity with architectural documentation and defining engineering guidelines.
This is your role
- Design, build, and maintain robust iOS components, screens, modules, and sub-assemblies based on technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional developers and product managers to translate functional requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
- Execute tasks across the lifecycle, maintaining production apps, fixing bugs, and implementing new features on schedule.
- Refine specifications, reuse existing components, and ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing and code reviews.
- Create and update architecture documentation, inline code comments, and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to defining engineering standards and tech stack evolution.
