Job Description:
As a Client-Facing Program Manager at Broadcom-Payment Security division, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance payment security for our clients. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating programs, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support for our clients. Your expertise in the payment security industry, particularly in 3D Secure, will be critical in driving client satisfaction and maintaining our reputation as a trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the payment industry, understanding their specific needs , working with them to create and manage the lifecycle of Statement of work.
2. Program Management: Define and develop statement of work (SOW), Oversee the end-to-end execution of the projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while working with multi-geographical customers
3. Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks in the plan, and work collaboratively with clients & internal stakeholders to mitigate these risks effectively.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service accounting, legal, product development, customer success team, Engineering and technical support, to ensure seamless integration and support of the solutions.
5. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on program progress and performance, keeping clients informed and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
6. Compliance: Ensure that all programs and solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations, and guide clients in maintaining compliance.
7. 3D Secure Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in 3D Secure technology, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager (8-15 yrs) in the software industry with client facing experience is a mandatory requirement.
-Exposure to the payment security industry, with a focus on 3D Secure technology will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of payment security protocols, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
- Project management expertise, including proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Clarity, Rally Oracle Engagement Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Wolken-soft
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate security risks.
- Knowledge of industry compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, EMVCo, PSD2) is a plus.
- Certifications in program or project management (PMP, PgMP) are a bonus.
