Strategic Legal Practices law firm seeks a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our firm's growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce administration, particularly with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), Service Cloud, and Voice Cloud, and a strong base knowledge and history in Apex code. STRONG declarative flow experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce instance, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our legal practice, including workflow automation, page layouts, and report generation.
- Handle user account management, including onboarding, training, and support.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce security policies and procedures.
Experience Cloud/Community Cloud:
- Design, develop, and manage client portals using Experience Cloud to enhance client
- engagement and collaboration.
- Ensure seamless integration between the client portal and other Salesforce applications, as
- well as between software applications such as DocuSign and calendar-based scheduling.
Service Cloud and Voice Cloud:
- Configure and optimize Service Cloud features like case management, knowledge articles,
- to streamline client support processes.
- Implement Voice Cloud features like call routing, IVR, transcription and call recording to enhance communication efficiency and internal training and development of our call center team members.
- Integrate Service Cloud and Voice Cloud with other Salesforce applications for seamless data flow.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
- Collaborate with IT and legal teams to identify and implement Salesforce solutions that address business needs.
- Monitor and report on Salesforce usage and adoption.
- Perform regular data backups and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Proven experience with Experience Cloud/Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Voice Cloud.
- Strong understanding of law firm operations and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce required).
- OmniChannel and Amazon Connect experience required.
- FormStack and DocuSign integration experience required.
