We are looking for a senior Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solution design, platform governance, and technology strategy. The role requires deep expertise across Salesforce clouds, modern integration patterns, AI/data-driven CRM capabilities, security, scalability, and enterprise architecture. The architect will partner with business, product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready Salesforce solutions. What will you do?

Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across enterprise programs, ensuring solution scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and compliance.

Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, Platform, Flow, Apex, LWC, and integration layers.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform, Apex, LWC, Flow, security model, sharing, data model, governor limits, and performance tuning.
  • Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, integration architecture, APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise data governance.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce/Einstein, prompt/action design, responsible AI governance, and automation strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, architecture documentation, decision-making, and leadership skills.
