With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.
About the role:
As a Full Stack (Node.js+React) Engineer, become a part of our team and work directly with our partner, a leading global provider of credential security and password management solutions.
Our partner's mission is to deliver the credential security every business and employee needs to thrive. Millions of consumers and over 25,000 enterprise clients worldwide trust their platform for industry-leading innovations, zero-knowledge security, and an unmatched user experience. The work we do together directly impacts millions of digital identities by optimizing product experiences, trial flows, and global customer onboarding ecosystems.
In this role, you will be fully integrated into our partner's product development engineering teams. You will work alongside Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineering Managers, and Backend Engineers to drive business growth. Your focus will center on key customer touchpoints—including plans and pricing strategy, trial and payment experiences, and user onboarding flows.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Development: Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Quality Engineering teams to discover creative solutions that fuel growth within an agile environment
- End-to-End Execution: Deliver high-quality frontend features - writing clean, maintainable TypeScript and React code, building automated tests, and deploying user-facing applications
- Growth & Monetization Initiatives: Drive features that directly impact company trajectory, such as optimizing payment experiences, evolving pricing strategies, and refining user onboarding
- Frontend Excellence & Quality: Maintain robust testing strategies (using Jest, WebdriverIO, Cucumber) and leverage code quality tooling (ESLint, SonarQube) to ensure high reliability and security
- Knowledge Sharing & Innovation: Continuously learn, participate in cross-team efficiency initiatives, and share technical knowledge across the engineering organization
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of overall software development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React)
- Core Tech Stack: Strong, hands-on proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
- Quality & Testing: Proven experience writing maintainable code with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma, WebdriverIO, Cucumber)
- AI Fluency: Comfortable leveraging personal AI coding platforms (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to streamline everyday development tasks and accelerate delivery velocity
- AI Feature Building: Experience building with AI in product features (e.g., inference orchestration, model evaluation, workflow integrations, RAG)
- Business Focus: Ability to make technical decisions balanced with product needs and business outcomes
- Communication: Strong commitment to application quality, security, and collaborative teamwork, with fluent English skills for working in an international environment
Desirable:
- Reactive Programming: Familiarity with RxJS or complex state management patterns
- Backend Knowledge: Experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs (helpful for cross-functional collaboration and fullstack integration)
- Product Mindset: experience working within a product-focused company
- Build & DevOps Tools: Experience with Webpack, PNPM, GitLab CI, and observability tools (ELK stack, Datadog, Tableau)
- Coordination & Leadership: Planning and estimating work, communicating progress, and managing project dependencies
- Domain Experience: Background in SaaS subscription/checkout flows, identity management, or security platforms
What’s in it for you?
- Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door culture that values initiative and empowers its people to succeed
- Fast-paced & agile environment: Be part of a dynamic, fast-moving organization that champions efficiency and innovation
