DescriptionProduct Manager– The Product Manager is responsible for managing one or more of the mobile product features. The Product Manager evaluates customer, business and market needs to identify new capabilities and features to enhance the experience and meet company goals. As the “voice” of the end user/customer, the Product Manger helps develop and communicate the vision and roadmap of the product in order to maintain, enhance and improve the product.Responsibilities:- Defines and communicates the product vision and goals- Aligns cross-functional teams with the product goals- Creates, defines, refines and prioritizes the product feature intake and backlog to align with product roadmap- Defines feature requirements and oversees the execution of projects to meet timelines- Manages relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders- Understands and communicates business goals of features and capabilities- Identifies team risks and dependencies and communicates impacts and proposals- Prepares and/or presents and/or participates in product planning ceremonies including Product syncs, System Demos and Quarterly Planning- Establishes KPIs and OKRs for the product- Monitors product metrics to meet or exceed KPI goals- Collects and analyzes customer feedback- Develops user personas and use cases to understand the end users needs- Creates user journey maps to illustrate the goals and desired outcomes for various customer types and scenarios- Manages and supports Product Owner(s) in creating effective delivery teams- Works with Product Owner(s) to explore customer needs and business opportunitiesCore Skills:- Ability to analyze data to identify risks and opportunities- Understanding of technical aspects of the product and development cycle- Ability to create and communicate a product vision, roadmap and strategy- Risk management and prioritization- Market research- User research- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of a business- Identify risks and dependencies- Data analytics and metrics- UI/UX- Time management- Cross-team collaboration- Understanding of Agile principles and ability to apply to delivery team- Basic understanding of technologies that support the product- Understand technical implications of design and development decisions- Build strong relationships and facilitate cross team collaborationSkillsProduct management, Jira, Mobile, e commerce, Stakeholder management, product strategy, Retail, Product roadmapJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
