What We’re Looking For

Required:

2+ years of business analysis experience in software development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher for written and verbal communication in English.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and user story writing.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
SQL for data validation and analysis.
Ability to work independently on assigned areas while taking direction on standards from a Lead BA.

Nice to Have:

CBAP certification or equivalent.
Technical background or familiarity with software architecture.
SaaS product experience.
Background in transportation, logistics, or healthcare.
Familiarity with NEMT/paratransit workflows or healthcare compliance (HIPAA).
Process modeling (BPMN, UML).
