abra is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Management Team Lead to lead complex and innovative cybersecurity technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of Cybersecurity Project Managers.
- Managing cybersecurity projects end-to-end, from requirements and planning through implementation, delivery, and operational support.
- Building and managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Working closely with internal technology, infrastructure, development, security teams, and external vendors.
- Leading cross-functional stakeholders and driving collaboration in a matrix environment.
- Managing project activities and tracking progress using Monday.com.
- Preparing work plans, status reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, with significant experience in Cybersecurity and Information Security.
- 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Project Management and/or consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in SecOps and/or Cybersecurity Management.
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity domains, including Network Security, IAM, Endpoint Security, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, and Application Security.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, and project timelines.
- Strong matrix management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, planning, and organizational abilities.
- High-level Hebrew and English communication skills.
