We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects across our Coatings Division.

About the role
As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a range of coatings projects, helping drive performance, consistency, and quality at a national level.
You’ll work closely with clients, lead skilled teams, and coordinate people, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the successful delivery of multiple coatings projects across New Zealand
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and trusted partnerships
· Oversee project scope, programmes, budgets, forecasting, and cost control
· Manage project claims and commercial requirements accurately and efficiently
· Allocate resources effectively and keep teams aligned to project priorities
· Lead, mentor, and support coatings specialists to deliver their best work
· Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track
· Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational standards
· Provide clear, timely reporting to senior leaders and key stakeholders
