Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Content Specialist to join our KM editorial team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline. If you hold a Master’s degree, prior experience is not required; for Bachelor’s degree holders, 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. This position focuses on video creation, AI-based video tools, writing, and editing.
Job Requirements
Video Creation & AI Tools
- Create and edit high-quality videos for knowledge management purposes.
- Experiment with and utilize AI-based video tools to enhance video content.
- Ensure videos are engaging, informative, and aligned with KM objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate video content into KM platforms.
Content Writing & Editing
- Write and edit clear, concise, and accurate knowledge base articles.
- Ensure all written content adheres to KM editorial standards and guidelines.
- Capture customer context and relevant information to improve article efficiency.
- Maintain a consistent tone and style across all KM content.
KM Editorial Team Support
- Assist in the review and publication of KM content.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure content quality and accuracy.
- Support the creation and maintenance of KM documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to editorial operations & planning.
Language & Communication Skills
- Demonstrate strong language skills, including grammar, punctuation, and style
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Translate technical information into plain language for non-technical audiences.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve KM content.
Must-Have Skills
- Video Creation: Proficient in creating and editing videos using various tools.
- AI-Based Video Tools: Experience with AI tools for video enhancement and creation.
- Writing & Editing: Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and style.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with KM platforms and tools.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Video Tools: Experience with AI-based video tools and software.
- KM Platforms: Familiarity with KM platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.
- Technical Writing: Experience in technical writing and or digital content creation.
- Editing Tools: Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- AI Tools: Exposure to AI tools for content creation and enhancement.
