Job Description

QA Hybrid - Senior Engineer:

Location: Noida

Experience: 5-7 Years

Mandatory Skills:

API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Reporting & Risk Management, Xpath creation & debugging, JIRA, Financial Services, Selenium, Java, MS SQL

Additional Skills:

Agentic AI Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement hybrid testing strategies combining manual and automation approaches for efficient test coverage, test planning approaches, and quality validation frameworks.

• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and repeatability.

• Design scalable automation frameworks and testing solutions using Selenium or Playwright.

• Drive GUI testing activities to ensure usability, consistency, accessibility, and user experience quality.

• Define database validation strategies to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.

• Develop reusable automation libraries, framework enhancements, and test accelerators.

• Analyze complex requirements and identify risk areas, edge cases, and critical scenarios for testing.

• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across modules ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Review test cases and automation scripts to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

• Drive automation coverage improvements and optimize regression testing execution.

• Perform root cause analysis of recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures.

• Mentor team members in both manual and automation testing techniques improving team capability.

• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end quality delivery.
