Job Description

What You’ll Do

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of procurement workflows and digital processes across multiple procurement platforms.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of procurement technologies, including intake and orchestration tools, autonomous sourcing solutions, catalogues, and new buying channels.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Technology teams, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Manage platform administration, user access, system performance, issue resolution, and operational support while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, training programmes, process documentation, and management of cross-functional super-user communities.
  • Analyse platform performance and user data to develop insights, dashboards, and reporting that support decision-making, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience managing digital platforms, designing workflows, and delivering process improvements within procurement, finance, supply chain, or operational environments.
  • Strong understanding of procurement technologies and source-to-pay solutions (such as Zip, Oracle, Coupa, or similar), including platform administration, user management, governance, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions, working within agile environments to support backlog management, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Procurement, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leveraging reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to drive data-led decision-making.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach, with a passion for digital transformation, process innovation, user experience, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
