About the Position Nord Gas Solutions in Asker, Norway / Gdynia, Poland is seeking a self-driven and motivated Project Manager with a genuine passion for project execution and delivering complex technical solutions to demanding customers around the world.

This position is well suited for a person who is team-oriented, results-driven, structured, and proactive, with excellent collaboration skills and a positive, flexible mindset. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities• Ensure customer satisfaction through close cooperation, proactive communication, and on-time project delivery.

• Lead and execute assigned projects in accordance with company processes, policies, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Utilize and further develop the capabilities of highly skilled colleagues to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to maintaining Nord Gas Solutions' strong reputation in the industry.

Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and relevant project management experience.
• Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience from the marine, offshore, energy, or process industries.
• Experience working with international projects, customers, and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading cross-functional teams.
