About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with AI Skills to join our team . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing, scripting, and modern testing frameworks, along with exposure to AI-driven testing solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications by leveraging both traditional automation practices and AI-assisted testing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks and scripts.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve test automation efficiency and software quality.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and testing needs.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
- Develop reusable automation assets to improve testing productivity.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure software quality across multiple applications, platforms, and environments.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting best practices in automation and AI-assisted testing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, Generative AI tools, or AI-assisted testing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
