KBR is looking for Project Control Manager to be based in– Site Abu Dhabi UAE
- Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project).
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Track costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Analyze schedule delays and cost variances.
- Manage progress measurement and earned value reporting.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Review contractor claims, variations, and change orders.
- Support management with KPI dashboards and executive reports.
- Ensure compliance with client and company project control procedures.

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in Project Controls within Oil & Gas.
- PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certifications are advantageous.
- ADNOC experience is preferred.
