Business Systems Analyst

What You'll Do

• Research and analyze 3rd party platforms and applications to assess deployment viability and identify how they benefit GBT
• Evaluate existing platforms to understand core functionality and capabilities
• Apply learning from platform assessments to guide deployment of replacement products and platforms
• Lead and support large-scale migration projects within the work-stream
• Collaborate with vendor partners and matrix teams to resolve migration issues and provide root cause analysis
• Identify and implement fixes to ensure solution success
• Participate in testing activities to validate quality and functionality
• Contribute to the overall success of the migration program by leveraging business and technical expertise across global markets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of business travel industry experience
• Strong knowledge of multiple GDS platforms (Sabre and Apollo/Galileo required)
• Understanding of both online and traditional business models
• Proven hands-on experience with Robotics tools
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) with ability to capture requirements, guide development activities, and support testing and implementation
• Strong workload tracking and management capabilities
• Data-driven approach with ability to create, update, and analyze metrics
• Excellent interpersonal skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams
• Basic testing skills to ensure consistent quality of deliverables
• Ability to identify root causes rather than surface-level symptoms
• Prior experience working as an Analyst (preferred)
