What is the role?

As an Automation QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for the software testing efforts to guarantee top-notch performance and consistency across user interfaces and APIs. Your role will involve bug tracking, automation, and driving innovation to ensure product quality and readiness for release. With a focus on efficiency and precision, you'll play a vital part in shaping EnduroSat's space technology.

Some of your daily tasks will include: 

  • Performing automated and manual tests
  • Reviewing user interfaces and APIs for consistency and functionality
  • Identifying, isolating, and tracking bugs throughout testing
  • Defining test scenarios and cases and automating them
  • Driving innovation and streamlining overall testing processes
  • Research of new tools, technologies, and testing processes
  • Developing standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

What do we look for?

  • Academic degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification through any relevant certification, portfolio, GitHub repositories, etc
  • More than 2 years experience as an Automation QA Engineer
  • Experience with BDD using Cucumber
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
  • Experience in Automation using Java with Selenium WebDriver
  • Experience with API testing
  • Good understanding of QA practices and project delivery lifecycle
