We’re seeking a motivated and goal-oriented IT Project Manager who will manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.

Your day-to-day mission:

• Manage all project dimensions (resource, budgets, risks, scope and dependencies)
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across functional teams and levels.
• Coordinate complex activities across multiple squads and divisions, driving alignment and consistency in execution.
• Report progress clearly and regularly to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Take proactive measures to ensure project compliance with internal policies and Agile delivery practices.
• Support risk, issue, and change control processes ensuring smooth transition and timely resolution.

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

• Solid experience in software IT project management. ; Infrastructure projects is an asset.
• Experience in cost management, risk assessment, and resource planning.

• Apply systems thinking to assess interdependencies across teams, processes, and deliverables to ensure cohesive and scalable execution.

• Ability to navigate change, resolve issues, and lead with a servant-leadership mindset.
• Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including IT and business teams.
• A high degree of adaptability to navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Advanced level Microsoft Office 365, (pivot tables, SharePoint collaboration, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

What makes you stand out:

• Certifications (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMI).

• Proficient in Cash and Banking business processes with a strong understanding of SWIFT messaging protocols and standards.

• Experience working within Agile frameworks and effectively collaborating with outsourced and offshored teams.

• Competent with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Oracle Boards.

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
