Join Accenture's Trust & Safety Cybersecurity Operations team and help protect one of the world's leading AI platforms from emerging threats, misuse, and policy violations.

As part of Accenture's Business Process Delivery organization, you will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, Trust & Safety, and AI platform security. You will review user interactions, identify cybersecurity risks, investigate suspicious activity, and help prevent malicious use of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Threat Analysis & Detection

  • Review and analyze user-to-model interactions to identify cybersecurity risks, suspicious activity, and potential malicious behavior.
  • Detect and classify phishing attempts, exploit generation, malware-related content, prompt injection attacks, jailbreak attempts, credential theft scenarios, and attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
  • Evaluate technical content including code snippets, scripts, exploit techniques, system prompts, and security-related instructions.

Trust & Safety Operations

  • Enforce platform policies through manual review and AI-assisted moderation systems.
  • Investigate and assess reports of harmful, suspicious, or policy-violating activity.
  • Support platform integrity and abuse prevention efforts.

Security Classification & Data Labeling

  • Apply Trust & Safety and cybersecurity taxonomies to classify interactions and threat indicators.
  • Review red-team exercises, safety testing datasets, and production interactions.
  • Ensure high accuracy and consistency when labeling security signals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6 months of cybersecurity experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing security threats, suspicious activity, technical content, or cyber-related incidents
  • Ability to assess phishing attempts, malware-related content, exploit techniques, or other cybersecurity-focused activity
  • Strong analytical and investigative thinking skills
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, SSCP, CEH, GSEC, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, Cyber Kill Chain, or similar frameworks
  • Experience reviewing code snippets, scripts, system prompts, or security-related instructions
  • Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and AI safety concepts
  • Experience in Security Operations, Threat Detection, Incident Response, Fraud/Risk Operations, or Trust & Safety
  • High attention to detail and ability to make accurate decisions in ambiguous situations
