Supports Army facilities and infrastructure management programs by collecting, validating, organizing, analyzing, and reporting Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) information from multiple government databases and information sources. This position focuses heavily on accurate data entry, routine data checks, spreadsheet maintenance, and preparing basic Excel reports for Army Materiel Command (AMC) and other stakeholders, and serves as a central point for integrating data from Army organizations, enterprise systems, and real property databases to support portfolio management, cybersecurity compliance, and executive decision making. The analyst develops recurring reports, maintains program data integrity, and provides analytical support for Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and other stakeholders. This is an on-site position located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Enter, update, and maintain FRCS data from Army garrisons, IMCOM, Army Program Managers (APMs), inventory teams, and other government organizations *
- Gather and validate information from enterprise systems including the Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS), IMCOM Real Property databases, and other government data repositories *
- Use Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and maintain program data *
- Perform routine data checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency 
- Identify data entry errors, missing information or discrepancies, and coordinate with stakeholders to correct them *
- Develop, maintain, and update program tracking spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
- Prepare quarterly reports and executive level summaries supporting IMCOM reporting requirements*
- Research, compile, analyze, and organize technical, operational, and statistical information from government databases, web-based resources, internal systems, and other authorized sources*
- Support data calls and information requests from government leadership and program stakeholders
- Collaborate with functional teams to establish and maintain program performance metrics, measurement methodologies, and reporting requirements
- Analyze trends, identify data quality issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure data is maintained in accordance with applicable Army policies, cybersecurity requirements, and program guidance
- Maintain documentation of data collection methodologies, reporting procedures, and standard operating processes
- Support staff by providing accurate, up‑to‑date data and analytical results to government leadership, senior executives, and other stakeholders as required
