Engineering Manager

We are looking for skilled Engineering Manager. International product provider delivering scalable enterprise technology. The selected leader will direct and nurture multiple cross-functional engineering pods, taking comprehensive ownership of end-to-end product delivery from initial technical architecture through to production release. This position mandates steering the macro-level engineering strategy, establishing foundational system design principles, and spearheading architectural decisions to build a resilient, high-throughput platform. Proactive identification of architectural risks, system bottlenecks, and platform enhancement opportunities remains central to the role. By partnering closely with product stakeholders, the individual will translate core organizational objectives into executable technical execution plans and clear development roadmaps. The role further focuses on cultivating engineering excellence across all operational vectors, including system observability, platform security, and overall performance. The leader will empower autonomous delivery units, establishing a culture grounded in high accountability and clear domain ownership. Key Requirements:

• Solid background in software engineering combined with substantial professional practice in engineering management and technical leadership.

• Demonstrated history of guiding multiple software development groups and deploying complex, business-critical infrastructure.

• Comprehensive technical mastery encompassing system design paradigms, enterprise architecture, and distributed system concepts.

• Practical familiarity with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL datastores, Redis caching mechanisms, and Kafka event streams.

• Hands-on knowledge of cloud environments, Kubernetes orchestration, Docker containerization, automated CI/CD pipelines, and production operations monitoring.

• Prior experience within payment processing platforms, financial software ecosystems, or high-volume transaction processing systems is strongly advantageous.

• Preferred familiarity with Node.js or modern client-side technologies such as React or Vue.js.

• Demonstrated skill in formulating technology strategy and rendering pragmatic architectural choices.
