As an Trading Services Project Manager Associate in the Trading Services and Over-the-Counter Derivatives Platform Project Team, you proactively manage complex initiatives from requirements through delivery and testing. You partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into executable plans, clear test coverage, and timely outcomes. You drive communication, risk management, and process discipline to deliver quality results and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end project and test management for complex over-the-counter derivatives initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage business user expectations to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Oversee timelines and milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout each project phase.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across the derivatives domain and application stack, partnering with technology teams to resolve issue-tracking tickets.
  • Analyze requirements, identify applicable scenarios, create test packs, and secure business sign-offs for new initiatives.
  • Manage automation scripting, defect and gap analysis, and leakage analysis as part of comprehensive testing.
  • Resolve escalated risks, assumptions, and issues to support smooth project delivery.
  • Adhere to internal processes, including configuration management, change control, and data and system access requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
  • Coordinate delivery through internal teams and communicate progress and risks to senior management.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Experience supporting global implementation programs in the finance and banking domain

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Master of Business Administration
  • Chartered Financial Analyst qualification
  • 7+ years’ experience in global implementation of trading and banking applications
  • Formal training in project management
  • Experience in foreign exchange, derivatives, finance, or banking domain
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the Windows desktop environment
  • Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Oracle, Sybase, and Microsoft SQL Server
