Job DetailsJob Location: Salem Office - Salem, NH 03079Position Type: Regular Full TimeEducation Level: Associates or 2 Year DegreeJob Shift: Full TimeJob Category: Customer Service/SupportThe Business Process Analyst will evaluate, measure, document, and monitor business processes. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated test plans/models along with executing these processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop/implement solutions Develop test plans and create test cases based on business requirements Perform User Acceptance Testing and communicate results Document test case execution, test results and defects in detail Facilitate meetings with the Business and development teams to understand requirements Enter non-conformances for items found outside the assigned task Schedule and prioritize work and activities to meet target schedule and quality objectives Stay up-to-date on the latest process/IT advancements Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures and documentation QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes, tools, and approaches. Demonstrate business acumen with a deep knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization is necessary for success. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be a self-starter, versatile, and capable of performing work independently. Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and text editor Ability to use problem solving skills effectively Coachability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement and is receptive and responsive to change. Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing experience preferred in a business process environment. FACS/Ontario Systems/Diver Platform experience is a plus.
