We are looking for a Jr. Product Manager who can drive innovation, enhance user experience, and lead data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a track record of building scalable products, managing cross-functional teams, and executing impactful go-to-market strategies.
You’ll play a key role in shaping product vision, defining roadmaps, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Own core platform
modules: onboarding, KYC, data pipelines, reconciliations, portfolio infrastructure
- Translate complex
operational and regulatory workflows into structured product requirements
- Partner with
cross-functional stakeholders — RMs, Ops, Compliance, Risk, Engineering & Design
- Drive automation
and build AI-powered tools that enhance RM productivity & client insights
- Define success
metrics and ensure platform reliability and scalability
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience
- Strong communication, structured problem-solving &
stakeholder management skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy enterprise systems
(fintech/wealth-tech preferred)
- Understanding of wealth management, private banking, custody,
or investment operations is a plus
- Interest in AI-driven automation, agent workflows &
data-heavy systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in high-growth startups or scale-up environments.
- Background in fintech or data-heavy consumer applications.
- Familiarity with modern product and analytics tools (Mixpanel,
Amplitude, Segment, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related
field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
