NO 1099, C2C, H1B, OR REMOTE CANDIDATE WILL BE CONSIDERED ***Our Client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical direction of enterprise software initiatives while remaining actively involved in architecture, development, and problem-solving. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-based applications aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, React, and AWS Cloud,along with proven experience establishing best practices across the software development lifecycle.Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for software development projects from design through deployment.
- Design and develop scalable applications using .NET Core, React, and AWS Cloud services.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive application modernization efforts and cloud-native development strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical estimations, and architectural discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Technical Lead on software development projects.
- 5+ years of experience developing applications with .NET Core using React.
- Experience designing solutions within AWS Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
