Overview

You’ll be a key lead to client billing, reporting, tracking, and client operations on behalf of Digitas for its media clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing a successful working process between Media, Media Business Operations, Accounts Payable and Client Finance
  • Building trust and credibility with clients by ensuring audit compliance and prompt billing reconciliation
  • Holding monthly billing meetings and holding media teams accountable for client deliverables.
  • Ensuring that campaign financial documents are correctly filed and updated according to compliance regulations
  • Creating positive relationships with other departments which facilitates ongoing communication and feedback
  • Suggest process improvements, and approach tasks with an analytical mindset.
  • Work with analysts to ensure all client work is delivered as planned, and act as a mentor for day to day tasks
  • Ad-hoc requests and projects from both with the team as well as from clients and client leads.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a whip smart Media Finance Senior Analyst with strong experience, which usually includes:

  • A four year college degree and 3+ years of online media experience in either a media planning/buying/operations role or a finance driven capacity, preferably at a creative agency
  • A stellar ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and, above all, you’re thoughtful and kind
  • In-depth understanding of online media planning and ad-serving tools, understanding of the media billing reconciliation process, and strong familiarity with negotiation, implementation, and performance analysis are all a plus.
  • Proficiency of MS Office (With a particular focus on MS Excel) is critical
  • Familiarity using financial reporting systems (SAP, MediaOcean) is preferred

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
