About the assignment

Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the performance and risks of charging infrastructure. The role involves supporting management in asset management and ensuring compliance with Swedish legislation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage asset performance and risks for installed and commissioned charging infrastructure
  • Support the Swedish and International management team in developing targets for asset management
  • Support the organization in questions related to hardware and service supplier management
  • Ensure overview of asset situation and optimize asset management reports
  • Draw up and evaluate long-term maintenance plans for charging stations
  • Represent the operative organization in international cross-functional forums
  • Support the Swedish Management team in preparing maintenance budgets
  • Take ownership of Eldriftsansvaret to ensure safe operation of charging infrastructure
  • Implement and manage the outsourced Eldriftsansvar for high voltage sites
  • Prepare and implement short- and long-term lifecycle strategies for charging infrastructure
  • Support Sales & Business Development in hardware selection and site design
  • Maintain and update Spare Part Strategy
  • Implement operational and maintenance procedures for new products
  • Accountable for Asset Maintenance plan and preparation of maintenance budgets
  • Ensure implementation of maintenance plans by operational functions
  • Maintain spare parts stock for charging infrastructure

 

Requirements

Mandatory

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, where experience in asset management is an advantage
  • Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to summarize and analyze data sets from various sources
  • Experience working with DC charging infrastructure or other comparable consumer-facing infrastructure is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge and experience working with transformer stations is beneficial
  • Project management experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in Swedish and English
  • ESA or ELSA
  • Training and experience regarding Swedish Eldriftsansvar are beneficial
  • Drivers license EU Type B
