Full description
Responsible for leading store audits across the North Region, ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and operational standards. The role involves approximately 50% travel to support audit execution, compliance verification, and corrective action follow-up.
Accountability 1
Key accountabilities:
- Each store quarterly assessment across your region for the food safety and quality audit.
- Responsible for continuous review, improvement and appropriate action of Health Inspections, Third Party Audits, Recipes, Job Aids, Equipment, Internal Systems, Internal Company Reports and Pest Management Compliance
- Ensuring the quality compliance of the all incoming raw materials and packing materials as well as for semi-finished and finished goods at Stores including incoming vehicle inspection at store.
- Implement, and maintain a quality plan to bring company's Quality Management Systems and Policies into compliance with various quality system requirements.
- To achieve 5 star rating in Hygiene audit /Participation in CII Food safety award and 95% Audit score compliance in the RBI REV audit.
- Ensuring the right GHP, GMP in and Stores across the region.
- New Store layout approval with respect to the food safety and regulation compliance.
Accountability 2
- Responsible for handling product's quality complaints at Circle/ Regional level.
- Performance monitoring and metrics: KPI’s to drive improvement in quality, food safety ,REV & Product score.
- Generating MIS out of Monthly QA Score Card, Store Assessment, Weekly QA Report(Customer Complaints), Monthly Departmental PPT Update etc.
- Follow up with vendor and Supply chain center team regarding any deviation from specs/quality in the raw and packing materials.
- To explore quality best practices available in any industry.
Qualification:
Bachelor's / Masters / MSC degree in food technology or relevant subject.
2 to 5+ years' experience in Quality Systems Management, TQM, and process improvement concepts.
Experience:
Experience working with a food preferably Bakery industry, QSR or processed food industry
