About the Role:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Review and approve Submitted RA and Final Bills for all the works done at site..
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

General Responsibilities 

  • Monitor progress of work and certify the invoices submitted based on the agreed terms and conditions and also on the basis of actual work done at site.
  • Check work completion status as per submitted Invoices, drawings and specification
  • Establish and maintain onsite procedures of record keeping systems including but not limited to daily logs, drawing register, man power break ups safety logs etc.
  • Anticipate Billing risks in advance and interact with Planning Manager and Client to mitigate risks

  • 8+ years’ experience on Contracts and Billing
  • Experience in delivering the project within Set Cost and Quality parameters and timelines as detailed at the start of project.
  • Proven track record in Contracts and  Quality Management for entire life cycle of a Project.
