Role Overview

  • As a US Financial Data Analyst, you’ll support one of our amazing US-based clients by turning financial and operational information into accurate, organized, and reliable deliverables.
  • You’ll work across ledgers, payroll, time-tracking data, expenses, project information, workbooks, reports, and supporting documentation. You’ll also conduct research and maintain records that help teams make informed decisions and stay prepared for audit requirements.
  • The pace can move quickly, so you’ll need to work efficiently without letting accuracy get lost in the rush.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert, input, and format data into workbooks and deliverables.
  • Process time-tracking, ledger, payroll, and expense data.
  • Extract and compile financial, operational, and project datasets.
  • Populate templates and reports accurately.
  • Maintain employee, project, and expense records.
  • Organize and index supporting documentation.
  • Maintain organized information for audit requirements.
  • Research company, project, employee, and industry information.
  • Support technical interviews and qualification summaries with relevant research.
  • Manage multiple data and documentation requests within deadlines.
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience working with data, documentation, research, and detailed deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising data quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong responsiveness and adaptability.
