Join us in Madrid as a Procurement Data Analyst and help turn procurement data into clear insights and reliable reporting. You'll work with SAP Ariba, Sievo Spend Analytics, and AI procurement tools to support smarter decisions. We welcome your unique perspective.

What you will do:

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyse procurement data from multiple sources
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses for procurement stakeholders
  • Support savings reporting methodology, tracking, and validation of reported figures
  • Ensure data quality, reconcile figures, and help resolve issues in reporting outputs
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs
  • Support testing and user adoption activities for reporting and analytics solutions

What you bring & who you are:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and confidence working with stakeholders
  • Experience with Excel and ideally Power BI or a similar visualisation tool
  • Ideally, experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance, plus knowledge of Databricks or data modelling
  • Proficient in English, German is a plus
