Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a DevOps Engineer to automate, optimize, and enhance the deployment and management of Bespin cloud engagement kits. These positions focus on building robust CI/CD pipelines, maintaining source control repositories, and implementing infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure consistent, scalable, and stable deployments.

Role and Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated engagement kit deployment

● Manage source control and code repositories for infrastructure configurations

● Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar

● Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources

● Enhance kit capabilities through automation and optimization initiatives

● Collaborate with architects and administrators to streamline deployment processes

● Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions

● Support troubleshooting and performance optimization during active operations

● Maintain version control and change management processes

● Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual effort

● Ensure consistency and repeatability across engagement kit deployments

● Participate in security hardening and compliance automation efforts

Qualifications, Education and Skills Requirements

● U.S. Citizenship required.

● Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

● Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.

● 3+ years of experience in DevOps, automation, or software engineering roles.

● Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

● Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).

● Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

● Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.

● Experience with AWS cloud services and APIs.

● Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools.

● Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience.

Additional Desires and Considerations

● Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).

● Knowledge of security automation and compliance-as-code.

● Experience supporting operational or mission-critical environments.

● Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

● Background in software development or systems engineering.

● Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

● AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certification preferred.
