About the Role

As a Project & Operations Intern at SoScale, you’ll help keep projects, productions, and teams aligned — ensuring the right things happen at the right time, with the right people involved.

You’ll work closely with project managers, strategists, creatives, and performance marketers across real client projects. You’ll learn how modern creative and performance teams operate behind the scenes — from timelines and workflows to communication, coordination, and delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, solving problems, and making things run smoothly in fast-moving environments.

You won’t just organize tasks. You’ll help drive projects forward.

What You’ll Do

• Support project managers in coordinating ongoing client projects and campaigns

• Help track timelines, deliverables, feedback, and internal workflows

• Assist with meeting notes, follow-ups, and task coordination

• Help ensure projects stay organized, aligned, and moving forward

• Support communication between strategy, creative, production, and performance teams

• Help improve internal processes and operational routines

• Learn how strong project management creates better creative work and client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates (0–1 year experience)

• Someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Curious about project management, operations, marketing, or agency work

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping track of moving parts

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems

• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, or AI tools is a plus

• Fluent in Swedish and English (written & spoken)

• Based in Stockholm
