Job Summary

  • 提供应收账款管理服务，确保应收账款及时、准确收回；
  • 核对供应商的账单，确保准确及时的付款；
  • 管理会计文档，确保会计档案及时归档；
  • 提供会计核算服务，及时准确编制财务报表；
  • 按照上级指示执行任何与职务有关的工作任务.

Major Tasks

  • 负责应收账款（AR）、客户押金及预收账款的日常跟踪、核销与账龄分析，监控异常交易（如超期未核销款项）；
  • 负责与供应商对账，确保供应商的账单与收到的货物及价格一致；
  • 提供会计核算方面的服务，包括在ORACLE系统中编制会计分录，参与月末及年末结账，初步编制财务报表以及其他各种上级指示的会计核算方面的服务；
  • 会计文档归档及管理；
  • 按照上级指示执行任何与职务有关的工作任务。
