About The Role

Are you a clear, organized communicator who can turn complex product and technology information into messages people can understand and act on? Our International Health Technology and Agile Product Enablement team is looking for a Business Communications Analyst to support communications across digital products, Agile delivery teams and business readiness activity.

This Bangalore-based role supports global stakeholders across Cigna Healthcare, including teams in the US, Hong Kong, Madrid and the UK. You will collaborate across time zones while managing work within agreed local working hours and priorities.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Support the planning, drafting, editing and delivery of communications for digital product releases, enhancements, incidents and operational changes.
  • Translate technical updates, product changes and stakeholder feedback into clear, business-friendly content for different audiences.
  • Create or update release notes, internal emails, FAQs, user guides, stakeholder updates, presentations and SharePoint content.
  • Partner with product, technology, business readiness, operations and commercial stakeholders to understand communication needs and confirm key messages.
  • Maintain communication calendars, templates, distribution lists, approval records and communication repositories.
  • Support translation workflows by coordinating requests, preparing content for translation, tracking review input and helping maintain consistency across languages.
  • Support urgent communications by helping clarify the issue, audience impact, action required and next steps.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 1 to 2 years of total experience in content management, copywriting, business communications, corporate communications or a related communications role.
  • Experience drafting internal or stakeholder communications in partnership with business, product or technical subject matter experts.
  • Professional-level English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write clear, accurate and audience-focused business communications.
  • Attention to detail, with experience editing, proofreading and quality-checking content before publication or distribution.
  • Oganization, planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, self-manage and follow through on assigned work.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-driven working style, with confidence asking questions, flagging risks and taking initiative when information is unclear.
