As a Financial Analyst II at ICON, you will play a significant role in supporting advanced financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering finance and financial management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, to support business unit performance and strategic planning.
  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant finance and financial management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, such as Excel, with experience in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) being a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
